A quick update (and poem) from Hattie on her fundraising activities last month, which raised just shy of a ton for Guide Dogs UK. Topping up the very tiny shortfall from her kibble allowance (isn’t she a star?), shell be adding the full amount to her Just Giving page just as soon as the cheque clears from the ticketing agents.
Two of Hattie’s songs and several of her poems were featured in the show, and Hattie had great fun at the after party with her friend “Tux”, who she will probably see again at our open mic this evening. If you’re close to Tunbridge Wells, drop in at the Mad Dog Brewery Tap on the Pantiles and say hello. If you write and perform yourself, we’d love to include you in the line-up - anything word-based goes, be it comedy, song, poetry or any variation thereof!
