For the first time in AGES, bestie Peppy Scott and I hosted one of our Voices open mics last week and it was wonderful fun! Hattie enjoyed it immensely, working the room like a pro as I tried to do justice to one of her songs, but she was particularly impressed by the closing number, which featured a backing track from our old mucker Tom Carradine, of “Cockney Singalong” fame.
So inspired was Hattie, in fact, that after an afternoon’s research on Dougal (the doggie search engine) she presented me with a medley’s worth of lyrics, which she asked me to help her realise online. We hope you enjoy it, and if you do please spread the word and subscribe so others can too.
